Nepotism, favoritism or just pituto.
How far you can go to the abuse of power. It's something that in some companies is daily bread, the business owner can do and undo at will, if nobody knows about it and if they find out, straight face no more, for that you are the owner of the dog ... .
Put it this way. have a close relative working in your business, you offer him a job and pay a living wage (depending on your criteria), well, those within your rights.
Now if that relative , put him in charge and give higher wages to their performance capabilities, as opposed to others of your workers who have more merit and performance capabilities and earning 30 % less. Also you are on your right. No doubt.

A gives me shame, I find stalk, lack of morality, justice and courage to work.
On the other hand I keep thinking, as a hypothesis "if I had a relative who hired me as a secretary with a salary super", you not accept??? win more than I care who really deserve it ???????
