In practical, the Cluster "refers to a process of linking productivity of all economic agents that directly and indirectly linked to mining in a region or group of regions.
The Cluster also refers to linking the extraction of mineral raw materials with technological development, scientific development, such as universities, to the ability we have in the field of copper. To this end, the raw material is what allows specialization in one area, but the raw material alone is no guarantee of wealth in a country. Thus, the creation of a technological industrial cluster is the end point, because that can keep us as a country that has something to say beyond storing wealth in our land.
